Frequently asked questions

When will I know what time my Masterclass is?

Once we receive the Early-Access List which will close Oct 1, we’ll curate sessions based on each attendee’s role. Sessions may run in the morning, over lunch, or in the afternoon. We’ll group professionals with similar roles and workflows wherever possible, so the content, demos and conversation are highly relevant to your work. Every session will include a full meal. 

Why are sessions limited to 13 people?

Intentionally. We want this to feel like a conversation, not a conference. A small group means more time for questions, discussion and exploring how AI applies to the people actually in the room.

Do I need to know anything about AI before attending?

No. Whether you’re AI-curious or already experimenting with different tools, the Masterclass is designed to help you understand what’s useful, what’s possible and where AI fits into your work. 

What will we actually learn?

 We’ll cover how AI works, tools worth knowing, and practical workflows for reducing repetitive work, improving productivity and applying AI across real business tasks to help your company or department scale. 

Are tickets refundable after purchase?

Tickets are non-refundable, however they can be transferred to an industry peer at no cost

Will this be hands-on?

Part presentation, part live demonstration and part open discussion. We’ll show real workflows in action and leave plenty of room for questions and conversation.
